By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to the following license terms.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use our digital products for personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Creating your own handmade or digital projects.

• Using the files in edited or incorporated form within new creative works.

• Creating physical products for sale, including print-on-demand products such as mugs, apparel, stationery, journals, posters, stickers, and similar items.

• Printing the designs and selling them as finished physical products.

• Using the products for client work, provided the original files are not transferred to your clients.

2. You MAY NOT

The following uses are prohibited:

• Reselling, sharing, distributing, gifting, or transferring the original digital files.

• Uploading the files to free download websites, stock websites, print resource websites, or membership libraries.

• Claiming the original files or artwork as your own creation.

• Using the products to create competing digital resources, such as digital papers, clipart packs, printable kits, templates, or similar products for resale in substantially unchanged form.

• Selling the files on large third-party marketplaces focused on mass redistribution, including AliExpress, Temu, Shein, or similar platforms.

• Using the artwork to create trademarks, logos, service marks, or registered brand identities.

• Using the products in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or misleading manner.

3. Modification of Files

You may edit, resize, recolor, combine, crop, or otherwise modify the files for your projects.

However, modified versions may not be sold, redistributed, or shared as standalone digital files if they remain substantially similar to the original products.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required but is always appreciated.

5. Intellectual Property

All products, file compilations, branding elements, layouts, product descriptions, and website content remain the property of Aleksandra Witkowska and Different Point Of Me.

Purchase of a product grants you a license to use the files according to these terms but does not transfer ownership rights.

The copyright status of AI-assisted content may vary between jurisdictions. Regardless of copyright status, all files are provided under this license agreement and remain subject to these usage restrictions.

6. No Warranty

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the files will meet every specific requirement or be compatible with all software, devices, or printing services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Different Point Of Me and Aleksandra Witkowska shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Termination

This license may be revoked if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the digital files and delete any unused copies.

Products already incorporated into completed physical products may continue to be sold.
